EventTracker supports a growing list of the industry's leading firewalls, anti-virus software, intrusion detection, and operating systems. Typically support consists of preconfigured alerts and report templates called Knowledge Packs.
All supported devices are included without extra cost in the EventTracker product so there are no additional charges to provide coverage for your entire enterprise. Although we make best effort to maintain this list, if you have a device that is not on this list, please call. As EventTracker supports Syslog and Syslog NG, contains an SNMP V1/V2 MIB compiler and can process any flat file, the product is highly extensible. Knowledge Packs for devices are created through PCRE scripts and can be done quickly and easily by eitherr us or the end user.
