EventTracker PULSE Features - Log SearchRelated Resources The EventTracker Pulse Search engine provides high-speed indexed search against all the stored logs. The rich google-like search interface offers the ability to build complex queries quickly, and for those not confident to author complex queries, the User Interface allows easy point and click selection of conditions and search variables. The Search interface also provides graphical trending that provides insight into types of events being generated, active users, and many other useful trend data points to help jump start the discovery process. EventTracker Pulse also comes with over 1000 prepackaged search queries. Instead of having to remember all the various potential strings contained in logs to find, for example, a user logon, a prepackaged search is provided to search for all user logons on any device reporting to EventTracker Pulse. These pre-configured searches can form the basis for more complex queries that enable the user to pinpoint only the information that matters. EventTracker Pulse supports search within search with data provided in the search refinement view. Multiple search views and search "stacks" enable users to easily walk up and down the refined searches. This prevents tedious editing of search query -- simply jump to the last pertinent view and search from there again. Finally all search results can be exported for further analysis and formatting. Supported formats include XLS, CSV or Tab Delimitated.
