EventTracker Pulse is available on a yearly subscription basis. All subscriptions include unlimited email support, bug fixes and all product upgrades. In addition, introductory web-based training may be purchased for $400 for a 4 hour session.

Hardware Recommendations:

Hardware requirements are highly dependent on the event volume generated by the monitored systems. Event volume in turn is dependent on the audit settings, system use and utilization. The above hardware recommendations are based on an average of 100,000 events per system per day. If the systems being monitored are especially busy a bigger machine may need to be applied. As a rule of thumb CPU utilization on the machine where EvetnTracker Pulse is installed should average under 50% to ensure that event processing is not interrupted by peak loads or other CPU intensive tasks such as virus scans. The guidance above is generally conservative but individual results may vary.
