EventTracker Pulse is able to receive and collect logs from any Windows or Syslog device, and by utulizing the Windows agent, any text based log. For many of the widely used operating systems, applications, security systems and devices there is additional out of the box support in the form of pre-built knowledge. In the case of EventTracker Pulse this knowledge consists of log descriptions, pre-configured alerts and search queries.
All supported devices are included with the EventTracker Pulse product so there are no additional charges to provide coverage for your entire enterprise. Although we make best effort to maintain this list, if you have a device that is not on this list, please call. EventTracker Pulse knowledge is easily extensible by the end-user.
