Job Title: Corporate Account Manager
Location: Columbia, Maryland

Requires a demonstrated ability to sell software solutions to medium to large-sized companies. Responsibilities will require you to identify, pursue and close opportunities. Although some leads will be provided, you will be expected to make the necessary efforts to guarantee your success and ours. You will also be responsible for tracking all lead activities and effectively managing all aspects of the sales cycle.
- Understand customer needs to effectively communicate solution benefits (This is a consultative sale)
- Knowledge of technical concepts and language
- Effective communication, customer relations and analytic skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Knowledge of Windows Systems desirable
- Knowledge of CRM tools Salesforce.com or Sugar CRM desirable
- 2-3 years experience in product software sales desirable
