Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive - Software Sales
Location: Columbia, Maryland

Requires a demonstrated ability to sell software solutions to medium and large-sized companies and/or the public sector including Federal Civilian and the DoD. Responsibilities will require you to identify, pursue and close opportunities. Although some leads will be provided, you will be expected to make the necessary efforts to guarantee your success and ours. You will also be responsible for tracking all lead activities and effectively managing all aspects of the sales cycle.
- Understand prospective customer needs to convey solution benefits (this is a consultative sale)
- Knowledge of IT security concepts and language
- Effective communication, customer relations and analytic skills
- Ability to manage dozens of opportunities simultaneously
- Knowledge of Windows, MS-Office applications and Salesforce or other CRM
- Career stability with 3-4 years experience in related or similar software sales with one or two previous employers
