Job Title: Senior Support Engineer
Location: Columbia, Maryland

We are looking for senior support engineers to provide technical support to our growing customer base. Responsibilities include training and helping customers with installation and configuration of highly technical network and system management software, networking, and remote access issues. You will interact with customers through telephone, e-mail and on-site visits. Ideal candidates should have the ability to understand technical concepts and customer needs and be able to effectively communicate product benefits. Good communication, customer-relation and analytic skills are a must.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and customer needs
- Ability to demo advanced technical features in response to customer issues
- Effective communication, customer relation and analytic skills required.
- Minimum 3 years experience administering windows servers.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Vista/2003/2000/XP /Active Directory.
- Knowledge of UNIX, database and security technologies is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is required
