Customized Onsite Installation, Deployment and Training
Installation & Deployment Packages
Onsite installation and deployment packages are often recommended to further reduce the time to business value by providing a quick foundation level of deployment, reporting and training.
Quick Start– 2-day on-site package
EventTracker expert staff will plan the installation of EventTracker software in your environment, perform the onsite deployment and provide some staff training.
The 2-day Quick Start plan is designed for:
- Installation and deployment for EventTracker software only
- Environments with less than 50 servers
- Users who do not require hands-on training
Quick Start Plus – 3-day on-site package
The Quick Start Plus plan allows for the standard Quick Start installation and deployment plus an additional day for installation and deployment of EventTracker plug-ins or basic hands-on training.
The 3-day Quick Start Plus plan is designed for:
- Installation and deployment for EventTracker plus plug-ins or hands-on training
- Environments with less than 250 servers
- Users who have purchased plug-ins with EventTracker or want basic hands-on training
Enterprise – 5-day on-site package
EventTracker expert staff will plan the installation of EventTracker software and plug-ins in your environment, perform the on-site deployment and provide customized hands-on staff training.
The 5-day Enterprise plan is designed for:
- Installation and deployment of EventTracker plus plug-ins
- Environments with more than 250 servers
- Users who want customized hands-on training
Onsite Training Only
(Assumes installation and deployment have already occurred)
Onsite, hands-on training sessions are designed for customers who want assistance with a current implementation, upgrade, refresher, or a jumpstart for new employees.
Sample Agenda (for a typical 2-day onsite training)
Day 1
Session 1: Introduction to EventTracker – Classroom
Session 2: Managing Event Data - Hands-on
Session 3: Event traffic analysis and event filters – Hands-on
Day 2
Session 4: Alert definitions and set-up - Hands-on
Session 5: EventVault and reporting – Hands-on
Session 6: Wrap-up and Review - Classroom
Cost
Onsite Installation, Deployment and Training packages start at $2500 per day; a final quote will be provided upon finalizing your requirements and agenda.
The specific agenda and duration of all installation, deployment and training packages are determined based on your network architecture, organizational needs and requirements and scheduled at a time convenient to you.
